Ford Park meets and exceeds all structural and service requirements stipulated in the Americans with Disabilities Act. All public restrooms and entrances are clearly labeled and equipped with Braille marked signs. Restrooms, drinking fountains, phones and counters (including concessions) are accessible to guests with disabilities. Additional services are listed below.
Tickets for wheelchair accessible seating, as well as sight and hearing impaired, are available in a variety of levels. One companion ticket may be purchased with each wheelchair accessible ticket. Please indicate when buying tickets that you require accessible seating.
Ford Arena passenger drop-off is located in front of the lobby on the west side of the Ford Exhibit Hall.
Accessible parking is available at Ford Park in the Black and Blue Lots. Parking entrances are located off of the I-10 frontage road and Pipeline Road.
An elevator is located in the lobby of Ford Exhibit Hall for wheelchair access to the concourse level of Ford Arena and the second floor meeting rooms of Ford Exhibit Hall.
Seating designated for guests with disabilities is available for all events. Accessible and Companion seating will be held until the day of the show or until the event is sold out. Guests needing to be relocated to accessible seating can do so in advance by calling the main office at 409-951-5400.
Because of the limited number of wheelchairs, these can only be used to transport guests and cannot be rented or borrowed to sit in while watching an event. Please notify the box office when purchasing disabled seating tickets.
Ford Park will make every effort to provide sign interpreters to guests with hearing disabilities. We request thirty (30) days notice for such services. Please contact Event Services for more information or to make a request.
Trained guide dogs or service animals are permitted in Ford Park. If special accommodations are required for your service animal please notify us at the time of ticket purchase. All other animals are prohibited.
Ticketmaster is the official ticketing source for Ford Park. Ford Park does not endorse or recommend any other ticketing source. Please use caution when purchasing tickets through any other site, with the exception of artists’ fan clubs. Tickets can be purchased at the Ford Park Box Office window or through Ticketmaster (ticketmaster.com or by phone 800-745-3000).
Box Office Location
The main Ford Park Box Office is located at Ford Arena on the northwest corner. Regular hours are 10am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. On event days, the box office will open two hours before the event. The box office will be open a couple hours for Saturday on-sale dates. Ford Pavilion Box Office is opened only on Pavilion event days. Tickets for Ford Fields games can be purchased at the Ford Fields Ticket Window only.
How To Purchase Tickets
The following forms of payment are accepted at the Ford Park Box Office windows: Credit cards – American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover. Purchaser must show his/her ID and it must match the name on the credit card. Cash, money orders and traveler’s checks are accepted but personal checks are not. Group orders may use checks, provided the purchase is a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the event. For group sales information, contact the Sales & Marketing Department at 409-951-5404. Cash only at the Ford Fields ticket window.
Charge tickets by phone through Ticketmaster at 800-745-3000. (A convenience fee will be applied to each ticket purchased). **The Ford Park Box Office DOES NOT accept telephone orders.**
Order tickets online 24 hours a day at www.ticketmaster.com. (A convenience fee will be applied to each ticket purchased).
Wheelchair accessible seating is available in a variety of levels. One companion ticket may be purchased with each wheelchair accessible ticket. You must indicate when purchasing tickets that you require accessible seating in order to receive an accessible seating ticket.
For most events, children two (2) years and older must have a valid ticket to gain entry into Ford Park events, and children under the age of two (2) years who will be sitting on the lap of an adult do not need a ticket. For some shows that are specifically intended for very young audiences (Sesame Street is an example of such a show), children one (1) year and up must have a ticket to gain entry. Please contact the Ford Park Box Office in advance to verify policy for a specific event.
Please return tickets to the point of purchase for refunds on a cancelled event. If tickets were purchased by phone or online, contact Ticketmaster for refund instructions.
Bring your damaged tickets to the Box Office for replacement.
Lost tickets are not replaced – losing tickets is like losing money. Reserved-seating tickets that are stolen will be replaced at no charge provided the Box Office receives a copy of a Police report or case number detailing the exact location and event dates of stolen tickets. General admission tickets, such as lawn or floor, will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please confirm your ticket selection at the time of purchase as all ticket sales are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, with the exception of cancelled events or refused admission.
Soliciting to buy or sell Ford Park admission tickets is strictly prohibited. Violators will be prosecuted if apprehended.
Tickets left at Will Call are available for pick up at Ford Park Box Office. To get your tickets, you must present a photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the tickets. Guests are not allowed to pick up tickets under another person’s name.
