How to Process a Refund

Refunds must be processed through the original point of purchase.

  1. IF YOU BOUGHT ONLINE THROUGH TICKETMASTER.COM:

The event organizer/promoter must officially cancel the event or authorize refunds. If the event has been cancelled, you should automatically receive your refund to the original payment source. You will need to contact Ticketmaster.com to request your refund. If you are requesting a refund on an event that has not been cancelled, you can email Ticketmaster.com to request a refund. In some cases, Ticketmaster will tell you to contact the venue or that refunds have not been authorized. Click here to email the complex.
