How to Process a Refund

Refunds must be processed through the original point of purchase.

  1. IF YOU BOUGHT ONLINE THROUGH TICKETMASTER.COM:

The event organizer/promoter must officially cancel the event or authorize refunds. If the event has been cancelled, you should automatically receive your refund to the original payment source. If you do not automatically receive your refund on a cancelled event, find your account number from Ticketmaster or confirmation email from Ticketmaster.com that was sent after tickets were purchased. You will need to contact Ticketmaster.com to request your refund. If you are requesting a refund on an event that has not been cancelled, you can email Ticketmaster.com to request a refund. In some cases, Ticketmaster will tell you to contact the venue or that refunds have not been authorized. Click here to email the complex.
  2. IF YOU BOUGHT IN PERSON THROUGH THE BOX OFFICE:

The Ford Park Box Office is located at Ford Park, to the right (south) of the main lobby doors. If you purchased your tickets in person at the Ford Park Box Office, you must return to the Box Office for your refund. Please keep in mind that the Box Office is operating with limited staffing and hours at this time. If you have questions, please email the Box Office by clicking here.
