A

Accessibility

Ford Park meets and exceeds all structural and service requirements stipulated in the Americans with Disabilities Act. All public restrooms and entrances are clearly labeled and equipped with Braille marked signs. Restrooms, drinking fountains, phones and counters (including concessions) are accessible to guests with disabilities. Additional services are listed below.

TICKETS

Tickets for wheelchair accessible seating, as well as sight and hearing impaired, are available in a variety of levels. One companion ticket may be purchased with each wheelchair accessible ticket. Please indicate when buying tickets that you require accessible seating.

DROP-OFF

Ford Arena passenger drop-off is located in front of the lobby on the west side of the Ford Exhibit Hall.

PARKING

Accessible parking is available at Ford Park in the Black and Blue Lots. Parking entrances are located off of the I-10 frontage road and Pipeline Road.

ELEVATORS

An elevator is located in the lobby of Ford Exhibit Hall for wheelchair access to the concourse level of Ford Arena and the second floor meeting rooms of Ford Exhibit Hall.

SEATING

Seating designated for guests with disabilities is available for all events. Accessible and Companion seating will be held until the day of the show or until the event is sold out. Guests needing to be relocated to accessible seating can do so in advance by calling the main office at 409-951-5400.

WHEELCHAIR ASSISTANCE

Because of the limited number of wheelchairs, these can only be used to transport guests and cannot be rented or borrowed to sit in while watching an event. Please notify the box office when purchasing disabled seating tickets.

SIGN INTERPRETERS

Ford Park will make every effort to provide sign interpreters to guests with hearing disabilities. We request thirty (30) days notice for such services. Please contact Event Services for more information or to make a request.

SERVICE ANIMALS

Trained guide dogs or service animals are permitted in Ford Park. If special accommodations are required for your service animal please notify us at the time of ticket purchase. All other animals are prohibited.

Alcoholic Beverages

Alcohol is not served at Ford Fields. At our other facilities, we will not sell to anyone less than 21 years of age. Guests are required to show proper ID (valid driver’s license) for proof of age to purchase alcoholic beverages. For some events, wristbands will be issued to guests over 21. Wristband stations will be located inside Ford Pavilion near the entrance and on the concourse in Ford Arena when required. Only two alcoholic beverages are allowed per person, per purchase. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who appears impaired or is disturbing other guests. Alcohol sales are discontinued approximately 45 minutes before the event ends. Please drink responsibly and do not drive after drinking.

Animals

With the exception of service animals, pets and other animals are not allowed on Ford Park grounds.

Backstage Passes

Ford Park does not issue or have access to backstage passes.

Box Office

The primary Ford Park Box Office is located at the Arena on the northwest corner. Hours are 10am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. On weekend event days, the box office will open four hours before the event. The box office will be open a couple hours for Saturday on-sale days, exact times depend upon the actual on-sale time. See Events & Tickets for more information. Ford Pavilion Box Office is only open on Pavilion event days. Ford Fields Ticket Window is open during tournament play.

Bottles & Cans

These items are not allowed on Ford Park grounds. Anyone found to be in possession of these items may be subject to ejection.

Cameras / Recording Devices

Cameras and recording devices are allowed at Ford Fields. At our other facilities, for most performances – at the request of the artists and/or leagues – cameras (specifically cameras with professional/detachable lenses and flash) are not permitted. Upon arrival you will be asked to return these items to your car – we will not hold them until after the show. Ford Park reserves the right to examine and prohibit the use of any camera that conflicts with the policy set by the event. Audio recorders, video recorders and digital cameras with video capabilities are prohibited during all events.

Cell Phones

Cell phones are permitted provided their use does not interfere with the enjoyment of other guests at an event. Please be courteous – quiet ringers and tone of voice when using cell phones.

Conduct

Please maintain appropriate behavior for the comfort and safety of all guests. Offensive language and disorderly conduct will not be tolerated. Anyone not conducting themselves in an acceptable manner may be asked to leave.

Concessions

Ford Park is an in-house catering facility. Ford Arena has 4 concession stands on the concourse, and various portables. Number of stands open depends on size of event. Ford Pavilion has multiple concession stands on the east and west plazas. Ford Fields concession stand is open during game and tournament play. Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside facility gates or doors. Ford Park offers a wide variety of concessions and catered options through our facilities.

D

Designated Driver Program

Ford Park wants you to enjoy your visit and have a safe trip home. With our Designated Driver Program, guests who have a valid driver’s license, and are at least 21 years of age, can register as a “Designated Driver” at Guest Services. In return for signing a pledge not to drink alcoholic beverages during the event, and for accepting responsibility for driving other members of their group home, Designated Drivers will receive a wrist band redeemable for two (2) free soft drinks at concessions. Guests can sign up as a “Designated Driver” by going to the Guest Services kiosk at Ford Pavilion.

Disorderly Conduct

Guests who fail to adhere to Ford Park policies or local, state, and federal laws are subject to ejection from the property. All guests must wear a shirt, shoes and pants at all times while in Ford Park.

Entrances

Enter Ford Arena through the lobby entrance facing the parking lot. Ford Pavilion access is through the east and/or west gate. Ford Midway is accessed through the gate under the South Texas State Fair arch. Ford Fields is adjacent to the main Ford Park property, and can be reached off IH-10 or Highway 124 (Fannett Highway) near Brooks Road.

Emergency Contact

The paging of guests is not available during events. Emergency phone messages may be hand-delivered to guests when seat location is provided. Call 951-5400 for more information.

Emergency Evacuation

In the event of an emergency, please remain calm and WALK to the nearest exit in an orderly fashion. Follow posted signs and listen to announcements for specific instructions. Please do not use elevators. If you are disabled, staff members will assist you in getting to safety.

Employment Opportunities

Those interested in applying for an open position at Ford Park may do so by visiting the Employment tab on the Ford Park website. Applications and resumes are only accepted for the positions that are currently posted. Please specify the position in which you are applying for to ensure your application is processed correctly. Job openings will be posted on the Ford Park website as they come available, as well as through the Texas Workforce Commission website.

F

First Aid

Ford Park has emergency medical personnel on hand at most public events in Ford Arena and Ford Pavilion. For assistance, contact any Event Services staff member.

Group Sales

Group rates are available for some events for parties of 10 or more. For more detailed information, interested parties may contact the Box Office at 409-951-5408.

Guest Services

Guest Services operates from the time the doors open until the facility is clear of guests. Guests may obtain information, offer suggestions, voice concerns and request assistance from any staff member wearing an Event Staff shirt.

Handouts / Giveaways / Promotions

The distribution of printed materials – fliers, handbills, pamphlets, etc. – or promotional items are not allowed on the premises without prior written authorization from the facility. Solicitation for signatures or petitions is also prohibited. Parties interested in distributing promotional materials on Ford Park premises may contact the Sales & Marketing Department at 409-951-5404.

Lawn Seating

Pavilion lawn seating is general admission, with first-come, first-served seating. 

Lost / Stolen Tickets

Lost and Found

Ford Park will hold items for sixty (60) days, after which they will be donated to charity. Owners can claim items that are turned into lost and found during regular business hours, call 409-951-5400 for more information.

Lost Children

Anyone finding a lost child should bring him or her to the nearest uniformed personnel or event staff. If an authorized friend or family member does not pick up the child within 60 minutes of the end of the event, the child will be turned over to police custody.

Noisemakers

Artificial noisemakers (i.e., air horns/whistles) are not permitted without management approval. Noise making items found in Ford Park are subject to confiscation by event security.

Package / Purse / Guest Inspection

For security reasons or at the request of the promoter, Ford Park reserves the right to visually inspect guest packages & purses. All guests are subject to search. Additional security measures and restrictions may be required for specific events.

Parking

Ford Park offers 6,000, well-lit, secure parking spaces on the Complex grounds. Lots open three hours prior to show time. Parking fees vary per event. For most concerts, parking will be included in the ticket price. Depending on the level of attendance at events, we may offer a traffic alert to assist in the entering and exiting of the parking lots. Please follow directions of all traffic patrol. Large crowds and a great number of vehicles are expected. Please be patient and follow directions of traffic control officers. It will take time to get vehicles in and out of the parking lots.

Prohibited Items

Based on building policy and security guidelines, certain items are not permitted at Ford Park, including outside food and beverages, coolers, glass, cans, plastic bottles, alcohol, recording devices, lawn chairs, noisemakers, laser pointers, aerosol cans, illegal drugs, fireworks, weapons of any kind, chains and spiked jewelry. All guests are subject to search. Additional security measures and restrictions may be required for specific events. Umbrellas are prohibited inside Ford Pavilion. Patrons sitting on the lawn may bring a blanket or tarp. At Ford Arena events, guests are not allowed to bring in strollers.

For the safety of our guests and visitors, the operation of drones of any kind, unmanned aircraft, and remote-controlled aircraft is strictly prohibited at the Ford Park Entertainment Complex without the advance written consent of management.

R

Re-entry Policy

Exiting and re-entering the building with the same ticket is NOT permitted. Exceptions are made in the case of medical situations and emergencies. Check with an Event Services supervisor at the door.

Refunds and Exchanges

ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL, with the exception of canceled events or refused admission by Ford Park. Guests wanting to return tickets for canceled events must do so at their point of purchase. Due to tight touring schedules, there will be no rain outs at Ford Pavilion. Raincoats and ponchos are the preferred protection for rainy day conditions. Since the use of umbrellas would block the view of other paying guests, umbrellas are not allowed. Also, if you have a lawn seat and it has been raining you may want to bring a piece of plastic to place under your blanket to keep it from getting wet.

Restrooms

Men’s, Women’s and accessible restrooms are conveniently located throughout Ford Park. See maps for specific locations. Ford Arena restrooms are located in the northeast, southeast, and southwest corners of the concourse.

Smoking Policy

Ford Arena is a smoke-free building. Smoking areas are located outside of the main lobby and on the steps outside the concourse glass doors on the west side of Ford Arena. Smoking in Ford Pavilion is allowed in the plaza areas but not under the Pavilion cover.

Ticket Information

Ticketmaster is the official ticketing source for Ford Park. Ford Park does not endorse or recommend any other ticketing source. Please use caution when purchasing tickets through any other site, with the exception of artists’ fan clubs. Tickets can be purchased at the Ford Park Box Office window or through Ticketmaster (ticketmaster.com or by phone 800-745-3000).

Tours

Ford Park does not have a regular tour schedule. Tours are given to large groups when planned, for further information at 409-951-5400.

W

Weapons

Handguns (licensed or unlicensed) or weapons of any kind are prohibited on the property.

Will Call

Will Call is located at the Ford Park Box Office and will be available starting 3 hours prior to the start of the event. You must show proper picture ID with the name that was used when purchasing the tickets.
